Giving a warm welcome to Cube Gallery's newest artist, Katherine Anne Rose, who specialises in expressing natural shapes and patterns through precise methods found in her use of mathematics, geometry and origami.
With intricate cuts and folds, revealing the layers beneath, Katherine's work is an observational play on the viewer's perception as the artworks must be viewed from different angles to get the full picture.

Katherine graduated from Glasgow School of Art with a degree in Fine Art Photography in 2007, and has worked professionally as an editorial photographer for the Observer and Guardian newspapers. She has also exhibited across Scotland with organisations such as the Society of Scottish Artists and Visual Arts Scotland.
