This month we celebrate artist Cathy Brickhill as our artist in focus! Come and witness the fine details and mysteries of the natural world, as Cathy investigates and explores nature in her home country of New Zealand.

From intricate hand-stitching and close-watch of the free-handed machine embroidery, Cathy creates beautiful 3D works that capture the character of natural forms found in nature. This includes vibrant mossy bark, spotted mushroom caps, and crinkled decaying leaves, each piece unique and authentic as the artist works from real, natural subjects.
